Bookings & Payment
All bookings are made online via our website
Payment is required upfront at the time of booking
We accept debit and credit card payments
All prices include GST
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will receive a 100% refund
Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable
Access & Opening Hours
Ka-Ching Coworking Space is open 24/7, 365 days per year
Access details will be provided following your booking confirmation
Using the Space
We aim to create a professional, comfortable and collaborative environment for everyone.
Phone calls and online meetings are welcome — please use headphones and be mindful of others
Food and drinks are welcome — please clean up after yourself
Please keep all shared spaces tidy and respectful
Clients and guests are welcome — we recommend using a meeting room or lounge area for meetings
Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour

Users are responsible for their own belongings at all times
By using the space, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk
Users are responsible for any damage caused to the space or facilities
